Order

• Please purchase the desired product / order details according to the procedure on this site.

• After ordering, we will check the stock etc. and arrange shipping. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer's convenience after shipment. Please note. If out of stock, we will contact you.

• Business hours are weekdays 9: 00-18: 00 (excluding weekends and holidays, year-end and New Year holidays)

 

Payment

• You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. (* The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)

• All prepaid. The goods will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.

• Bank transfer (prepayment) If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days of ordering, the order will be cancelled automatically.

• * For companies and large orders, please contact us for details.

 

Delivery

• Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day.

• Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions. (Especially in the summer and winter gift seasons) We will do our best to prevent delays, but please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to delivery delays.

 

Insurance

• Please note that we and the manufacturer cannot accept any complaints about the quality of the product.

• Defective products and damage during delivery will be exchanged for the same product.

 

Shipping charges and packaging

• Free shipping for orders over 15,000 yen per destination.

• (* Shipping fee will be charged separately depending on the area: Okinawa is charged 1500 yen, Kyushu / Hokkaido is charged 700 yen, and Aomori / Chugoku region is charged 300 yen.)

• For orders less than 15,000 yen per destination, a separate shipping fee of 700 yen will be charged. (* The total shipping fee is charged for areas where shipping fee is charged by region.)

 

Outside Japan

Currently, we do not accept shipments outside Japan.

• Cardboard boxes are used for packing, but if you wish, you can change to gift packing at an additional charge, so please contact us.
